Return & Exchange Policy

General Information:

At Motrox Ltd, we care very much about your experience and satisfaction. While we make every effort to provide you with the right product, we understand that certain circumstances may require returns, or exchanges. If you need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen. 

Return & Exchange Policy 

We are committed to offer our customers the most trendy, innovative, stylish and flawless products. In case the ordered product fails to meet the expectation or concern whether the product is damaged, then the following policy will apply:



We have no control over size, and we process your orders strictly to your selected size. If it is not according to fit, sent a request to the customer service team within 48 hours after the arrival of product. Size charts are added for user convenience on all clothing except merchandise.

Note, there will be no returns/exchange of incorrect sizes after 48 hours for standard and custom products. It is essential that you cross check your measurements carefully before placing an order.



In case the color differs from the online image, sent few pictures of the ordered product within 48 hours. We will replace it or refund only when non-availability of color. (Conditions Applied)


Custom made Products:

Custom made product are tailored according to informations provided by customers. So that’s why No exchange or refunds will be issued on ordering Customization products. If we found that we sent or tailored the item that not meet to customer’s provided requirements than exchange or return is eligible. 

Otherwise No exchange or return or refund for custom made products.


Cancellation of Order:

Any request for order cancellation will be issued as per the clauses mentioned below:

  • Confirm cancellation within 24 hours of order will result into a flat deduction of 5% from your ordered item amount.
  • Confirm cancellation within 48 hours of order or will result into a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount.
  • However, if requested cancellation is within a (5) days, there will be 50% deduction from the item amount.
  • No requests for order cancellation will be done after (5) days of confirmation.

Each product we receive for return or refund are inspected by quality control department to determine that the product is exactly the same as ordered from our website.

If the product is somehow damaged during the shipment, only then you will get a replacement shipped at our expense. If your product is damaged, please email and specifying the extent of damage within (24) hours.



Refunds will be carried out only when delivery exceeds (29) days for any product after the getaway payment confirmation. This stipulated period starts from the time we receive a final order confirmation from the customer.

Further, if the consignment does not arrive within (6) working days after shipping by express shipment, you may ask us for order tracking code.

If we cannot prove that consignment was dispatched to the address that was given for the order, we will initiate full refund including the shipment charges.

Postage and Packaging:

Postage and packaging charges are not refundable and relative shipment cost of return must be borne by the buyer.    

In the case of a return please send us an e-mail at  prior returning the product to ensure you are dispatching your return merchandise to the correct location.

Shipping Charges:

There is no shipping charges apply for deliveries inside United Kingdom (UK). And outside UK shipping charges apply.
