Shipping policy

Handling Time:

Most of the items will ship same day if order received before 2:00 PM. Custom-made items will ship after 5-7 working days. 

Postage and Packaging:

Postage and packaging charges are not refundable and relative shipment cost of return must be borne by the buyer.    

In the case of a return, please e-mail us at support@motrox.co.uk prior to returning the product to ensure you are dispatching your return merchandise to the correct location.

Shipping Charges:

There are no shipping charges apply for deliveries inside the United Kingdom (UK). Outside UK shipping charges apply.
