Our Custom Motorcycle Riding Jeans service is designed for men and women who struggle with standard sizing or want something more personal than an off-the-shelf product.

Whether you need a shorter or longer leg, a different waist or thigh measurement, a more suitable fit for your body shape, or a completely individual design, we can work with your requirements to create your custom pair.

Choose one of our existing MOTROX jeans designs or send us your own design inspiration. You can also select your preferred lining coverage and available CE armour configuration.

1. CUSTOM FIT – FOR BODY SHAPES THAT STANDARD SIZES DON'T ACCOMMODATE

Standard motorcycle jeans are not suitable for everyone. You might find that the waist fits but the legs are too long, that the thighs feel too tight, or that standard proportions simply don't work for your body. Our custom-fit service is designed for customers who need a more individual approach to sizing.

It may be suitable if you:

• Have a larger waist, hips or thighs and struggle to find a comfortable fit.
• Are shorter and need a shorter leg length or different proportions.
• Are taller and need additional leg length.
• Have a slim build and find standard jeans too loose in certain areas.
• Need a different combination of waist, hip, thigh, rise or leg measurements.
• Have difficulty finding motorcycle jeans that fit your body shape properly.

Standard Size

Choose this option if your measurements match our available size chart and standard sizing.

Custom Made-to-Measure

Choose this option if standard sizes do not fit your proportions. Complete the measurement form in centimetres, following the instructions provided.

Please measure carefully. Your submitted measurements will be used to prepare your custom order, so accurate information is essential.

Petite, Tall, Plus and Regular can help describe different sizing needs, but made-to-measure fitting is the option to choose when standard proportions do not work for you.

2. CHOOSE YOUR MOTROX ARTICLE OR CREATE YOUR OWN DESIGN

Your customisation isn't limited to sizing. You can also personalise the appearance of your jeans.

Option A – Customise an Existing MOTROX Design

Choose from our five available base articles:

• MK-2
• MK-3
• MK-4
• MK-5
• MK-6
• MJ-1

Select your preferred article and tell us what changes you would like. We will review your requirements and confirm the available customisation options.

Option B – Bring Your Own Design

Have you seen a pair of jeans online that you love? Created an AI-generated design? Or sketched your own idea?

Send us your reference image and tell us what you want to achieve. We can review references such as:

• AI-generated design images
• Your own sketches and drawings
• Photographs of existing jeans
• Design inspiration from websites and social media
• Different design details combined into one concept

You can request details such as contrast stitching, pocket styling, panel designs and other feasible changes to the appearance of your jeans.

Our team will review your reference and confirm which elements can be manufactured. The final garment may differ from a digital or AI-generated image because of material and construction limitations.

Important: If you are requesting a completely new design, select the custom-design option and upload your reference image with a clear description of the changes you want.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE IN JET BLACK ONLY

All custom-made MOTROX riding jeans are produced in Jet Black.

Although our standard jeans collection includes other colours, Jet Black is the exclusive colour for this custom-order service. This applies whether you select an existing MOTROX article or submit your own design.

4. CHOOSE YOUR LINING COVERAGE

Select the lining configuration available for your chosen article.

No Aramid Lining: For customers selecting the garment without an aramid lining.

Partial Aramid Lining: For customers selecting lining in specified areas of the garment.

Full Aramid Lining: For customers selecting lining throughout the designated garment areas.

The exact coverage depends on the agreed garment construction. Lining coverage alone does not determine the protective performance or certification of the finished jeans.

5. SELECT YOUR CE ARMOUR OPTION

Choose from the armour configurations available on the product page, such as:

• No armour, if offered for the selected configuration
• CE Level 1 armour
• CE Level 2 armour

Only select the armour configurations available for your chosen garment.

CE armour level refers to the relevant certified protector, not automatically to the entire pair of jeans. The protective performance and certification of the finished garment depend on its complete construction and applicable documentation.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR CUSTOM ORDER

Step 1 – Choose Your Base Article

Select your preferred MOTROX jeans article or request a custom design.

Step 2 – Select Your Fit

Choose standard sizing or made-to-measure fitting.

Step 3 – Choose Your Lining Coverage

Select the available no-lining, partial-lining or full-lining option.

Step 4 – Select Your Armour

Choose the available armour configuration for your selected garment.

Step 5 – Submit Your Measurements

If you select custom fitting, complete the measurement form in centimetres.

Step 6 – Upload Your Design

If you want a personalised design, upload your reference image and describe the requested details.

Step 7 – Review and Pay

Review your selections and the final price, then complete checkout through our online store.

For custom-design orders, our team will review the requested specifications and confirm the agreed design details before production.
